Remote Village Tree House, Vanuatu
















And finally, last post for today. Here is the treehouse we actually slept in, in a remote village 2 hours from real civilisation on Tanna Island

Oh my goodness!!!!! weren't you scared of creepy crawlies???...or falling out...or off the ladder???...I mustn't be very adventurous...but I admire your bravery....vbg

Yes Barb, I was out of my comfort zone. But there are no snakes at all in Vanuatu and no poisonous spiders. I had to go down the steps backwards, like a ladder. Geez was I pleased I didn't need the toilet in the middle of the night!

The place is called Shark Bay Treehouses on Tanna Island. It is very primitive, just so you are aware but the villagers are so kind
